Question 1

How much does pool resurfacing cost?

Accepted Answer

Cost depends on pool size, the current surface condition and any structural repairs required. Every pool is different, so we provide a personalised estimate after learning about your project.

Question 2

How long does the resurfacing process take?

Accepted Answer

Most standard residential pool resurfacing projects take 7 to 10 working days, depending on weather, preparation and repairs. We outline a clear timeline before work begins.

Question 3

Can fibreglass go over concrete or pebblecrete?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our advanced lining system can be applied over concrete, pebblecrete, vinyl or old fibreglass, creating a seamless barrier without costly total demolition.

Question 4

How do I maintain a resurfaced fibreglass pool?

Accepted Answer

Keep water chemistry balanced, avoid harsh abrasive tools and maintain chlorine within normal operating ranges. The smooth, non-porous surface naturally resists algae growth.

Question 5

Will resurfacing fix leaks or cracks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We repair structural cracks, osmotic blisters and shell damage during preparation. Marine-grade fibreglass then seals and reinforces the structure.

Question 6

How long will a fibreglass resurfacing last?

Accepted Answer

With high-grade resins, topcoats and routine water care, a professionally applied fibreglass lining can last 15 to 20+ years.
